Prolonged Winter Storm to Bring Snow Thursday & Friday

Wisconsin and Great Lakes Region will see accumulating snow late this week with a spiraling low pressure system.

Models generally agree on widespread low end amounts, 2-4" with the highest snows in far western WI near the Mississippi River over to Minneapolis...perhaps in the 3-6" range. The image below is the 12z GFS from today.

Looks like everyone will see a few snowflakes to end the week. Enjoy!

Trying something different with no storm event forecast or snowfall prediction (yet). Will check back tomorrow.

Take care!
