%3Cdiv%3EBig%20pain%20in%20the%20butt.%20No%20change%20to%20the%20overall%20forecast.%20It's%20the%20snow%20amounts%20that%20is%20really%20holding%20me%20up.%20GFS%20came%20in%20low%20again%20which%20does%20not%20help.%20Only%20the%20GFS%20supported%20our%20previous%20forecast.%20I'm%20definitely%20going%20to%20change%20the%20way%20I%20handle%20DAY%202+%20snow%20maps.%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cbr%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3EThis%20is%20a%20unique%20storm%20and%20perhaps%20that%20what%20throws%20everyone%20off.%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cbr%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3EAll%20models%20except%20the%20GFS/CAN%20show%201.00-1.15%22%20max%20QPF%20in%20central%20Wisconsin.%20At%20a%2014:1%20SLR%20that%20is%20close%20to%2016%22.%20That's%20probably%20the%20storm%20maximum%20potential.%20Meanwhile%20the%20GFS%20is%20half%20that%20in%20some%20locations.%20I've%20decided%20to%20mostly%20ignore%20the%20GFS,%20still%20respecting%20the%20lower%20amounts%20but%20not%20being%20afraid%20to%20go%20after%20the%2010-15%22%20zones.%20I%20can%20understand%20why%20it%20might%20be%20doing%20this.%20Weaker%20forcing.%20Not%20as%20intense%20with%20morning%20snow.%20No%20stationary%20banding%20for%20the%20most%20part.%20The%20GFS%20has%20not%20been%20a%20top%20performer%20lately.%20Each%20storm%20is%20different%20but%20regardless%20-%20the%2012ZGFS%20does%20not%20agree%20with%20anything.%20So%20what%20do%20you%20do?%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cbr%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3EIt%20would%20always%20be%20safer%20to%20broad%20brush%20and%20use%20%22locally%20higher%20amount%22%20terminology.%20I'm%20going%20to%20take%20the%20risk.%3C/div%3E
