MAY 31, 2019 | Strong T-storms Possible Friday PM in Northern WI

LAST UPDATE : MAY 31, 2019

UPDATE FRI 10:00 AM - 12Z runs show temp-dew point(TD) spreads over 20F in northeast Wisconsin this afternoon and that the air may become too dry. These storms will be high based x2. Strong low level lapse rates and inverted-v low level sounding suggest strong wind gusts and hail threat with the strongest cells; most likely over northeast WI. Green Bay - Antigo - Marinette over into Door County most at risk. Development may occur as far west as the Mississippi River. Latest models less organized with convective mode and less aggressive overall. Not expecting a severe weather event. I think strong or locally severe possible and will leave it at that.
