0SOUTHERN WISCONSIN - Heavy snow will disrupt trick or treat plans across southern Wisconsin, northern Illinois, and Michigan on Thursday. Here are the latest details!
STORM TIMING
Snow will gradually increase overnight into Thursday morning over southeast Wisconsin. The heaviest snow will fall during the late morning hours. Ending around 6PM in the far southeast.

SNOW - OFFICIAL SNOWFALL FORECAST
5-8" of heavy snow will accumulate across portions of southeast WI and northern Illinois for places like Delavan, Lake Geneva, Mukwonago, and Rockford. Milwaukee, urban areas near lake Michigan, and locations on the lakeshore south to Chicago are expected to stay in the 2-5". Higher accumulations expected further inland. This also includes the higher spots along the Niagara Escarpment up to Fond Du Lac (roughly). 1-2" of snow south of a Green Bay - Prairie du Chien line, Locally higher amounts possible with this system.

Wind gusts will be on the weak side during the event. The strongest gusts will be in the 20-30 MPH range over southeast Wisconsin.
