National Weather Service Confirms 16 Tornadoes from Tuesday Storms

That National Weather Service continues to survey storm damage across Marquette, Green Lake, Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Sheboygan counties in southern Wisconsin. Here are the official reports from NWS offices in Milwaukee, Green Bay, and La Crosse.

Surveys have revealed 1 EF2 tornado, 10 EF1s and 5 EF0 tornado.

On Tuesday a line over severe thunderstorms developed over western Wisconsin gaining strength quickly as they moved east. This is video of what one of the tornadoes looked like near Ladoga, WI. Low contrast environment dominated by rain and cold northerly inflow. 70MPH straight line wind gusts were measured with the storm.

In addition to tornadoes, heavy rain and flooding was observed across a similar area from Sunday through early Wednesday morning.
