An upper level disturbance will kick off fluffy light snow will develop across Wisconsin early Thursday morning lasting through the day, ending early Friday morning. 2-4" of snow accumulation is expected across western Wisconsin and 1-2" east. Dry air will be thicker in the east thus the lower snow totals.
Below to well-below average temperatures will continue through the weekend into next week.
